They came to Romania via:
- From Portsmouth they sailed to Calais, Paris
- From Paris via French channels to Marseille
- In Marseille they were loaded on the Peles
- Then they arrived via the Mediterranean, etc. at the Constanta harbour

The ships' history in Romania:
1. On arrival they were re-named as follows:
- Ex MTB20: V1, Viforul
- Ex MTB21: V2, Vijelia
- Ex MTB23: V3, Viscolul
2. 09.11.1941: V1 and V2 were sunk by the Russians
3. 05.09.1944: V3 confiscated by the Russians, re-named TKA955
4. 12.10.1945: V3 returned at Galati
